J iankong Jjanhu健康监护(health surveillanee)通过健康检查和健康状况统计分析来掌握职工健康状况和早期发现健康损害的工作。健康监护档案所积累的资料还可以用于劳动卫生学调查和评价劳动条件，及时采取预防措施，并有助于发现新的危害因素。因此健康监护是厂矿医疗卫生机构的重点任务之一。其基本内容有健康检查、建立健康监护档案、探索早期检测指标、健康状况统计分析和劳动能力鉴定。 健康检查主要有就业前检查和定期检查。前者可取得基础健康状况资料并可检出职业禁忌症。后者用于:(1)筛检职业危害对健康的早期影响和可疑征象;(2)早期诊断职业病;(3)检出高危人群;(4)检出职业禁忌症。此外，有时在一定范围内进行职业病和职业多发病普查。普查也可选用早期检测指标，对职业危害进行筛检。 健康监护档案每一职工设一健康监护卡，记录详细职业史、病史、接触水平、家族史、个人基础健康资料〔能反应就业前水平，供自身对比)、监护项目、嗜好和生活水平等，由厂矿医疗卫生机构作为日常工作进行管理并建立随访制度。 探索早期检测指标早期发现职业危害对健康的影响是健康监护的主要目的，因此不断探索早期检测的新方法和新指标也是主要工作之一。 健康状况统计分析对健康检查和病伤记录资料进行整理并计算职业病及其它病伤的发病率(检出率、受检率)、患病率、疾病构成比、平均发病工龄等，以便掌握各种作业、工作场所人群健康状况。 劳动能力鉴定在健康检查和病伤诊疗基础上对患者进行劳动能力鉴定，根据其病残程度和代偿功能予以妥善安置。 (羞德甫)
