1、将鳖用开水烫死，揭去鳖甲去内脏和头，爪将猪脊髓洗净；
2、将鳖肉放入锅内，加生姜，葱，胡椒粉，用武火烧沸，再用文火将鳖肉煮熟，然后放入猪脊髓，煮熟加味精即成。
