Based on analyzing the actuality of design partner selection study,aiming at the technology innovation problems of traditional manufacture enterprise,the paper sets up the design partner selection process model of virtual enterprise,discusses its appraisal principles and confirms the design partner appraisal index system of virtual enterprise.
