性质:血细胞的生成过程。主要分为三个阶段:(1)增殖阶段,即造血干细胞进入分裂期。在造血组织中,存在为数不多的造血干细胞。它具有多向分化能力以及自我更新能力,通常它处于静止期(G0期),不分裂;(2)分化阶段,即造血干细胞发育成各类造血祖细胞。这是一个发育中间阶段。在这个阶段,细胞已失去自我更新能力,同时多向分化能力也逐渐受限,只能朝有限的或一个方向分化,在调控因子的作用下,进行有限的细胞增殖活动;(3)释放阶段,即由造血祖细胞分化为各类形态上可辨认的成熟细胞。成熟血细胞通过屏障进入到血循环中。
