This paper is a biblical study of Rudy Wiebe\'s works The Temptations of Big Bear,arguing that "Big Bear" is a biblical antitype,a Christ-like figure in that he is a god,priest and prophet in Old Testament,and he experiences the three temptations,crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus Christ in New Testament.
