补充资料:预应力锚夹具用钢
      制作预应力构件用锚夹具的钢材。每一种锚具或夹具都是由几个零件所组成。各零件由于功能要求、冷热加工方法和生产工艺不同,因而所用钢材也各不相同。目前,消耗量最大、用途最广的是中碳钢和中碳低合金钢,其中以优质碳素钢45为主。工作应力较低的零件,是以热轧圆钢直接制成;工作应力较高的零件,则常在冷加工后进行调质处理。夹持式的锚具和夹具中,与预应力筋接触的带齿零件,需要具有更高的表面硬度来提高锚、夹具的锚固性能。所以采用优质碳素钢45和弹簧钢(如65锰等)时,要求用盐液淬火后经低温回火处理;采用低碳或低碳低合金钢(如优质碳素钢15、20或20铬等)、低碳易切削钢(如易20等)时,要求表面渗碳或碳氮共渗。预应力筋强度不高、锚具效率要求不高时,也曾大量使用过铸钢(相当于中国的ZG45)。
