国际交流学院外事服务中心是院长领导下的经理负责制企业，是外国专家、留学生们生活、娱乐的场所。专家、留学生楼共有60个高、中、低档房间，内设中央空调、公用洗衣机、冰箱、小卖部和国际电话、传真。房间内有单独的卫生间，彩电，电话、学习用具并有互连网接口。餐厅有中西餐点，留学生还可以在餐厅学做中国饭菜和水饺。
学校附近有自由市场，商店，大型超级市场、邮局，影剧院和洗衣店。还有日本料理，韩国料理，肯德基，麦当劳等各色餐馆。18路、48路、59路公共汽车可以直达市中心和火车站。
