Based on the above analysis,the paper calculates the change value of vegetation carbon storage in this study area which caused by land use change with the method supplied by the 2006 IPCC Guidelines for National Greenhouse Gas Inventories.

Carbon content rates,economic coefficients and grains\' water content rates of main crops are obtained by farmland sample observation and experimental analysis,and then in the light of data on main crops\' yield and their cultivated area,vegetation carbon storage and carbon density of farmland ecosystem in Yanting County,Sichuan Province during the last 55 years(1949-2004) are estimated.
通过农田样方观测与实验分析获得主要农作物的含碳率、经济系数、果实水分系数,再根据盐亭县近55年来(1949~2004年)农作物产量与耕地面积的相关数据,估算了该区农田生态系统植被碳储量与碳密度的动态变化。
