Analyzed the working principle of squirrel cage asynchronous motors by reverse design methods,a new type induction magnetic coupling is designed on the foundation of synchronous magenetic couplings,which working temperature is more higher than a synchronous magnetic coupling s.

According to the structure of magnetic circuit of the magnetic coupling, the theoretical calculation for the operating point of the permanent magnet has been made.
