To surely achieve actual effect of the role performance teaching,we should make good arrangement for imitative role performance,simulative role performance and effective role performance in the stage of normal education and enhance the supervision and evaluation of the role performance.

Based on the reform of E-commerce specialty in our college, the paper puts forward a frame of three-dimensional practical teaching system and mainly discusses one of the key measures-role practice in implementation.
