Objective:This study main to identify anti-tumor effects of ethanol extract from radix of Actinidiae chinensis(EERAC) and Evodiamine(Evo) in colon carcinoma SW480 cell,and look into their inhibition mechanism of CCR7 expression in colon carcinoma.
目的研究中华猕猴桃根醇提物(ethanol extract from Radix ofActinidia chinensis,EERAC)及吴茱萸碱(Evodiamine,Evo)单体对培养的人结肠癌细胞SW480细胞的体外抗肿瘤作用,探讨其对人结肠癌细胞的CCR7表达的调节作用及机制。

| 杨桃 Averrhoa carambola；carambola 酢浆草科阳桃属常绿灌木或小乔木。又称五敛子、阳桃。一年可多次收获的热带果树。原产东南亚，很早引入中国广东、广西、台湾、福建等地。树高5～10米，奇数羽状复叶。花白色带有紫斑。浆果卵形或椭圆形，果肉含草酸较多。种子外有假种皮。中国栽培种有甜杨桃和酸杨桃两种。酸杨桃果大，多加工成干果或作菜用。甜杨桃供鲜食，也可制蜜饯、果脯或果膏。多以酸杨桃为砧木进行嫁接繁殖。喜深厚肥沃土壤。果梗细弱，遇风易落果，又不耐低温，须立支柱防风防寒。虫害以乌羽蛾及黑点褐卷叶蛾危害最大。酸杨桃较抗寒、耐旱，栽种可较粗放。
