Mechanism of integration of interests of different layers in the cultivation of backup talents for competitive sports

Lately, Wenzhou pattern of Cultivating Young talents for the competitive Sports shows its own features.

,it brought forward that it should construct the competitive sports talent s training system of "opening grand education" to sustainablly train competitive sports talent in our country.

It analyzed the characteristics and deficiencies of the inspiration to the competitive sports talent of our country,put forward the principles of "all-round satisfaction","forever motive force","mutual coordination","balanced development" etc.

Based on the present situation and the cultivation mode of sports reserve talents,various methods of strengthening the combination of sports and education are put forward,in order to perfect the cultivation system of Guangdong sports reserve talents and the cultivation of 2008 Olympic talents.

With the methods of the documentary review,questionnaire,expert interview and mathematical statistics,the present situation of 65 Shaanxi pilot schools of training sports reserve talents is analyzed.

By the methods of literature study, interview and questionnaire, the author made a comparative study on the training and competition of the sports reserves in Shanghai and in some other countries.

By using statistical ,documentary and contrastive method ,this article analyzes physical qualities of 4285 sports reserves in Shandong Sports School from 1999 to 2002.

Since the Network of middle schools is set up that train sports reserve talent for Kunming,great success has been achieved.

Using the method of literature, this paper has made an approach of the characteristics of only child and influential factors in the cultivation of sports reserve talent.
