玄关一窍 玄关一窍 气功内丹术术语。又称玄关、玄窍。多种含意，约略可两类。一类认为窍在身中有具体部位所指，为内丹家最为玄要之关窍，所谓“玄窍开时窍窍开。”而其部位所在，又有炁穴“祖窍”、中丹田、上丹田、下丹田、位置不定等诸说。另一类认识以元神或炼养时虚极静笃、元神显露、元炁元精亦随其发动之机的景像立论。《真诠》引张伯端：“盖虚极静笃，无复我身，但觉杳杳冥冥，与天地合一，而神气酝酿于中，乃修炼之最妙处，故谓之玄关一窍。”玄关一窍是宋元以来内丹诸家所强调的一大秘要，其说亦颇玄奥。
