曰Qo〕IQ)unshiht)争策道家军事思想SIXIang霭雳蕙鹭 (Taolst面!itary thou 派关于战争、军事宝略等问题的理性认识。中国古代军事思想 的重要组成部分。代表人物主要有老耽、庄 周等。道家军事思想主要反映在《老子》、 《庄子》、《鹊冠子》、《文子》、《经法》等著 作中。道家从“兵者凶器”、“无为”、“不争” 等政治观点出发，对战争性质、胜负缘由 及斗争策略等军事问题做出回答，形成自 己独特的军事理论观点。 道家思想的奠基作《老子))(又名《道德 经》或《德道经》)产生于诸侯争霸的春秋末 期，其对待战争的基本态度是居慈、守 柔、退让和不争，主张回到“小国寡民” 的初始社会中去，提倡柔弱胜刚强的斗争 策略，包含了许多相互对立、相互转化的 朴素辩证法思想，是古代社会弱小者战胜 强大者的主要理论依据。 战国时期，道家学派内部出现了分 化。以庄子为代表的学派主张远离烽火连 天的现实社会，崇尚自然，率性无为，追 求绝对精神自由，对战争持一概排斥的态 度，认为“汤武以来，皆乱人之徒也”(《庄 子·盗踢)})，实际上模糊了战争正义性与非正义性的界限。另一部分被称为“黄老道家学派”的道家则与庄子等人乃至早期道家有很大不同。黄老道家学派顺应时代潮流，在坚持道家基本原则的墓础上，融合各派思想精华，“因阴阳之大顺，采儒墨之善，撮名法之要，与时迁移，应物变化，立俗施事，无所不宜”(《史记·太史公 自序》)，表现出积极人世的思想倾向，对涉及国家生死存亡的战争问题，进行了多方面的阐述。《管子》中的《白心》、《内业》、《心术》、《枢言》诸篇反映了一些黄老道家学派的思想，从《歇冠子》、《文子》及《经法》、《十大经》、《道原》中，可以看出该学派一方面把以柔克刚、以弱胜强视为不变的用兵铁律，另一方面则承认战争有正义和非正义之分，在推崇天道、天时的基础上，重视政胜，谋求民和，并提出一些有价值的军事观点。汉初，统治者奉行“无为而治”，为黄老道家学说的兴盛提供了机遇。这一时期，有专门论述黄老道家军事思想的兵书《黄石公三略》问世，以道家思想为主的综合性著作《淮南子》也收人一些论兵篇章。‘它们在归纳、吸收先秦兵学思想的基础上，对以往较少涉及的战争起源问题做了专门阐发，并在道家传统的贵柔守雌观念中增加了更灵活的因素，提出了刚柔相济的斗争策略。
