By means of microstructure test,chemical composition analysis,fracture test,inclusion spectrum analysis of 80 steel wire rod with lower strength and bigger plasticity variety,the results show that the cause of lower strength is lower content of sorbite and the reasons for bigger plasticity variety are meshy carbides and big grain brittle inclusions inside the wire rod.
通过对强度偏低、塑性变化较大的80钢盘条的金相检验、化学成分分析、断口检验、夹杂物能谱分析,认为其强度偏低的原因是索氏体含量偏低,塑性变化较大的原因是盘条内部存在网状碳化物和大颗粒脆性夹杂物。
