Combined with projects,it summarizes the attentions in drainage and fire fighting design of the underpass of pedestrian way,illustrates the content,principle and parameter of design,and introduces the design of water offering system in life,drainage system and fire fighting system,so as to accumulate construction experience for the underpass projects of pedestrian way.

Research for Crosswalks of Urban Street Intersection;

This paper has analyzed the running characteristics of vehicles and pedestrian under different crossing conditions by studying the three conditions of pedestrian crossing including crossing freely,crossing in non-signalized crosswalk and crossing in signalized crosswalk.

Based on pedestrian crossing delay,the service of pedestrian crossing facility was divided into 6 levels.

Through measuring and comparing pedestrian walking speeds of various sex and age, the delay by vehicles to pedestrian crossing is confirmed to certify the delay variables on different lanes.

The author analyzes the satisfactory feeling of cross-street pedestrians about service quality by investigating the service and monitoring the actuality of some cross-street facilities,and build up fuzzy comprehensive evaluation matrix based on it.
