In YB25 soft packet packer,the label is drawn from the bottom of a stack of labels with a plate which separates the bottom label from the neighboring one by air streams ejecting out of the holes on it,the hole is considerably small and liable to be blocked,which resulted in ill separation.

By referring to the foil conveying in YB45 hard packet packer,the YB25 soft packer was equipped with a suction belt for foil conveying,the problem of foil's travelling deviation was well solved,the packet defects were reduced,and the adaptability of YB25 soft packer to the foil of different specifications was also improved.

As a solution to oil leak at the second cigarette pusher caused by wide clearance between pusher shaft and sleeve and oil temperature rise,two sets of conjugate cams were adopted to control the horizontal and vertical movement of the second pusher in YB47 hard packer respectively,and the pusher accomplished the movement by means of rolling instead of sliding in its sleeve.
