Objective Objective To observe the preemptive analgesic effects of flurbiprofen axeil on patient-controlled intravenous analgesia(PCIA) with fentanyl in patients received thoracic surgery.
方法30例ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级择期行开胸手术患者,随机均分为观察组和对照组,各15例。

Methods Forty ASA Ⅰ～Ⅱ patients with lung cancer or esophageal carcinoma undergoing thoracic surgery were randomly divided into two groups:Group T receiving 10mg/kg tranexamic acid as a bolus before skin inciscion and 1mg·kg~(-1)·h~(-1) during surgery,Group C receiving isotonic saline infusion instead(n=20 in each group).
