auditory discrimination
听觉辨别(auditory diserimination)正确辨别外界声音刺激之差异的能力。它是直接指认听力损失类型和程度的一个主要因素。听闽值越大，对声音的辨别力越差。此种辨别能力可通过训练而提高，但对声音的辨认能力的改善、听力敏锐度不一定发生变化。训练时应将重点放在认知和分析声音的元素上，使患者能够感知每种音的音素之不同。 (张宁生撰李幸忠审)
