低分化的平滑肌肉瘤病理大体形态与一般子宫平滑肌肉瘤相似，镜下所见细胞核异型性明显并有多数核分裂，有时可见不正常的核分裂。低分化平滑肌肉瘤有的以多形性细胞为主，有的以圆形细胞为主。这两种肉瘤与其他肉瘤不易鉴别，常依靠电镜下找到致密小体和免疫组化显示平滑肌标记如结合蛋白(clesmin)阳性才能确诊为平滑肌肉瘤。症状体征、处理、预后。见子宫肉瘤。
