【150】国际标准化组织(，总部设在瑞士日内瓦)，是为推进工业产品、计量单位、专业术语及技术等的国际标准化、规格化而设立的组织。 早期各国信用卡的磁条纹码都采用本国设定的规格，但是随着信用卡市场的国际化，要求有个统一的规格。因为各系统的信用卡都在采用联机作业，特约商号要增设CAT信用授权终端，如果磁条纹码的规格不同，CAT就无法读取磁条纹码的信息。因此，进人so年代以后各国的信用卡磁条纹码，都先后统一改用了150型的规格。
