表演型人格障碍(h istrionie persona一itydisorder)人格障碍类型之一。具有此型人格的人情感过分外露和做作，企图吸引人们的注意。人格特征是:(l)说话夸张，言过其实。(2)依赖性强，经常寻求他人的保证、同意或称赞。(3)常有不适当的性挑逗表示或行为。(4)十分关注自己的外表，爱慕虚荣。(5)情感反应过分夸张，如对初识者显得过于热情，可因微小刺激而哭泣或情感暴发。(6)渴望活动，寻求刺激，不断企图引人注目，喜欢成为公众注意的中心人物。(7)虽然表面上热情和具有魅力，但感情肤浅，不够真诚。(8)自我中心，不考虑他人的愿望而提出甚多要求。这种人容易发生瘾症，他们对自己的真实情感一般均无正确认识。 (赵亚忠撰刘协和审)
