性质:又称硫系玻璃。以硫化物、硒化物、碲化物为主要成分的玻璃,包括含有氧化物的氧化硫系化合物玻璃。其特点为电阻率低,具有开关与记忆特性、透红外波长可达20μm以上,熔化及软化温度都低,能耐酸性介质,甚至氢氟酸的侵蚀。是半导体玻璃,透红外玻璃的重要品种,可用作光存贮材料和声光调制材料。也可用作低熔点玻璃。
