本课题组前期应用cDNA芯片和蛋白双向电泳及质谱分析筛选,发现着丝粒蛋白A (centromere protein A, CENP-A)在HBx突变相关的肝癌细胞中高表达,但在原发性肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma, HCC)发生中的生物学功能及作用机制尚知之甚少。

着丝粒
又称"着丝点。"染色体的特定部位。指中期染色体两臂相接处的区域，光镜下显示一狭窄部分，称为主缢痕。它的功能与有丝分裂时染色体移动有关。在电子显微镜下呈盘状或球状，由电子密度不同的三部分构成，附着于染色单体着丝粒区域的外侧，是纺缍丝附着的部位。
