To investigate the mechanical properties of the Q345(16Mn)steel made in China,steady state tests were carried out by using computer controlled test machine,heating device and specially designed deformation measuring appliance,with the 152 steel specimens coming from 10 factories.
为了对我国钢结构耐火设计提供基础数据,利用微机控制电液伺服试验机及加温装置和特别设计的变形测量装置,采用恒温加载试验方法,对国产10个钢厂生产的钢结构用Q345(16Mn)钢进行了152次试验研究,揭示了钢材在600℃范围内的力学性能变化规律和离散性,采用割交点法定义钢材的屈服强度,建立了钢材在恒温加载路径下的初始弹性模量、屈服强度和线膨胀系数计算模型。

By using WAW-1000 computer control testing machine,heating device and specially designed deformation measuring appliance,22 times experiments have been carried out to investigate the mechanical behaviors of structural steel A3 at elevated temperatures by adopting loading under constant temperature test and heating under constant load test.
利用W AW-1000微机控制万能试验机、加温装置及变形测量装置,分别采用恒温加载和恒载加温两种试验方法,对我国某钢厂生产的A3钢在高温下的力学性能进行了22次试验,为我国钢结构建筑耐火设计提供重要的基础数据。
