性质:传质过程方程式中的一个比例系数。以传质速率G与传质面积F和传质推动力△成正比为依据。传质面积是相际接触面积。推动力可采用各种不同浓度差或压力差的平均值。即G=KF△。式中的K就是传质系数。由于传质速率和传质推动力可采用各种不同单位,传质系数必须采用相应的单位,使等式两边的单位互相一致。例如K的单位为kmol/(m2·h·kPa)等。由于相际接触面积不能直接求出,往往用体积传质系数Ka,单位为kmol/(h·m3·Pa)等。传质系数反映这一具体传质过程的强化程度(在单位面积、单位浓度或压力差时,单位时间内物质从一相传递人另一相内的数量)。传质系数一般须由实验测定,也可引用相似论或因次分析,根据实验数据整理而得出。
