性质:参照生物材料的规律设计并制造的复合材料。天然生物材料大都为复合材料,经过亿万年的进化基本上都符合节约高效的优化原则,即以最少的材料达到最高的效能。例如,几乎所有的植物纤维细胞都是空心的、多层的,而且往往是分叉的。以CVD法制备的仿生空心石墨纤维的强度与柔韧性均较实心者为佳。按照仿竹结构提出了一种碳纤维增强树脂的优化模型。实验结果表明,仿竹材料的平均弯曲强度比具有同样数量基体和增强纤维,但分布均匀者提高81%,最优者高出103%。仿生复合材料不仅可以参照生物体的结构来设计优良的结构用材料,同时也可仿效其功能发展功能材料。
