Aiming at the machine vision facilities in the current printing industry,the special image processing chip based upon TMS320DM642 of TI Company USA was applied to monitor the common defects in printing industry,such as misting,skipping,and smudge,with standard image modeling and optimized automatic image contrasting algorithm software.
针对当前印刷行业中使用的机器视觉设备,采用美国TI公司的TMS320DM642专用图像处理芯片,通过标准图像建模,并调用优化的图像自动比对算法软件,实现了对印刷业中的飞墨、漏印、污迹等常见缺陷的监测。

Gabor wavelet transform in definite angles and single gauge is taken to standard image and the sloping image.
首先选取一定角度的Gabor小波对标准无倾斜的图像进行单一尺度下的Gabor小波变换,记下各个角度下变换系数的个数,然后对倾斜图像进行与标准图像同样的变换,记下倾斜图像最多变换系数个数和此时的Gabor小波函数角度,与标准图像各个角度下的小波变换系数个数相比,取距离d为判据,当d最小时的标准图像Gabor小波函数角度与倾斜图像Gabor小波函数角度的差值即为倾斜图像的矫正角。
