Objective To investigate the mechanism and effect of Qingfei Huatan Tongluo method in the treatment of COPD at acute stage.
方法将68例COPD急性加重期患者分为治疗组和对照组,对照组34例按照"慢性阻塞性肺疾病诊治指南",根据病情轻重程度给予个体化治疗,治疗组34例在与对照组等同治疗的基础上服用清肺化痰通络法中药复方。
