同基因骨髓移植


指挛生间的骨髓移植。将健康挛生的骨髓造血干细胞移植至病挛生,使其重新建立骨髓的造血功能和免疫功能。因其供受体的组织相容抗原基本相同,故是异体骨髓移植的最理想供体。但这种机会难得。
