Based on the analysis of the advantages and restraining factors of developing ecological modern agriculture in Xinjiang,the article proposes that Xinjiang must go a path of "green environment、industries with distinctive local characteristics、international distinguished products、efficient economy" to develop ecological modern agriculture.
