性质:又称硫氰共渗。可同时改善钢及铸铁工件的耐磨性及减磨性。共渗层深度为10μm,其组织与渗剂的组成有关。以渗硫为主时,表层有FeS或FeS加α-Fe;以渗氮为主时,有Fe2(N,C)及Fe4(N,C);以渗碳为主时,则形成Fe3(C,N)。其工艺主要有粉末法、膏剂法和盐浴法三种。
