In order to ensure the hydraulic bearing structure to press stably against the hole wall,the method to design the bearing structure and installing parameters of its hydraulic cylinders were studied.

After the stope structure parameters, hole arrangement parameters, blasthole layout form, initiating mode and ore drawing mode of sublevel caving without sill pillar in Shenbu Copper Mine had been improved, ore loss and dilution ratio, unit consumption of explosive were reduced, production ability was increased, and good technico economical indexes were obtained.
