RESULTS: One new protostane triterpenoid,24(R)-hydroxyprotosta-11,13-diene 16(S),23(S)-epoxide,named 24-deacetyl alisol O (1),together with 3 known compounds,alisol O (2),alisol F 24-acetate (3) and alisol A 24-acetate (4),was obtained from the rhizome of Alisma orientale.
结果:分离鉴定了4个原萜烷型三萜,分别为24-(R)-羟基原萜烷-11,13-双烯16(S),23(S)-环氧化物,命名为24-去乙酰泽泻醇O(1),泽泻醇O(2)、24-乙酰泽泻醇F(3)和24-乙酰泽泻醇A(4)。
