Objective To find a better method of anticalcification of valved bovine jugular vein conduits(VBJVC),we used a compound method of glutaraldehyde(GA) and heparin treatment on VBJVC,with animal subcutancous embeding experimental calcification model.
目的用动物皮下包埋的模型,用戊二醛鞣制的牛颈静脉带瓣管道(VBJVC)作为对照,来研究戊二醛结合肝素鞣制的牛颈静脉带瓣管道是否具有更好的抗钙化能力和抗衰老能力。

The hemocompatibility of valved bovine jugular veins treated by tannic acid were evaluated by dynamic cruor time test,blood platelet adhesion test,D-dimeride determination and complement activation test.
带瓣牛颈静脉经常规戊二醛处理后,再以单宁酸溶液进行后处理,然后进行体外动态凝血实验,血小板黏附性能实验,D-二聚体测定和补体激活实验进行血液相容性评价,与传统的戊二醛处理的带瓣牛颈静脉作平行对照。

Heterograft valved conduits are easy to be calcified and lose normal functions,which have been eliminated at present.
异种带瓣管道易钙化衰败,已被淘汰;同种带瓣管道目前应用较为广泛,但来源非常有限;带瓣牛颈静脉目前被认为是一种非常具有研究前途的材料,但其材料处理方法及远期效果还需进一步研究。
