性质:模塑件自模具中取出冷却到室温后,发生尺寸收缩称为成型收缩。与塑料品种、塑料特性、模具结构、成型工艺等有关。测量时,模制品和模具都应处在标准温度。因此,在塑料模具设计时,为了补偿制品成型时的收缩,需要额外增加一部分尺寸余量。通常它用收缩率来表征,收缩率为模具线性长度和制品线性长度之差,以百分数表示。
