| 介绍: 一般体长25～30厘米，略呈椭圆形。口偏于腹面，有触手20个。肛门偏于背面，周围有5个石灰质小齿。背面隆起光滑，有稀疏的管足。腹面平坦，管足排列成3纵带，中间一带较稀，排得较宽。体色变化较大，一般背面为黄褐色或紫褐色，并有许多灰白色不规则的横斑，肛门周围灰白色，腹面颜色较浅。 干品体长扁圆形。背部开膛。背部浅黑色，两侧下沿及腹部均为白色间带黄色。无肉刺，背部有疣状突起，腹部有粉状石灰质层。一般按单只重量分为三种规格。大的每500克15只，中的25只，小的50只以上。以体条完整、肉质较厚、腹部石灰层薄、不破肚、无烂孔的为上品。 |
