结果表明:用液固双相培养法培养布氏白僵菌获取高孢粉,在液相培养阶段,SDAY+2%麦芽糖是较好的培养基;固相培养阶段,以大米+稻壳+黄粉虫粪组合产孢量较高,且在培养的第五天白僵菌产孢量即达到高峰,这比已报道的其他培养料配方的产孢高峰时间缩短2-3天。
