| 精索静脉曲张 varicocele 由于血流瘀滞而导致阴囊内精索蔓状静脉丛的迂曲扩张。多见于青壮年，占男性人群10％～15％。由于左侧精索静脉在肾静脉进入处呈直角，所以大多数精索静脉曲张在左侧。是人类直立动物特有的疾病。曲张静脉在阴囊内呈蚯蚓状，可出现局部下坠感及酸胀感，平卧即可消失。既无症状又不影响生育者可不治疗，不育者手术后可提高精子数量和质量。 |
