Therefore,this article,from an editor s angle of view,with a view to the limitation of experts themselves and the problems reflected in the experts views on manuscripts,inquires into the question how editors should assess the experts and their views given after going over manuscripts and points out that the credibility of a few experts views on manuscripts is not high.
