为此,文章基于心理契约理论,分析了教与学之间矛盾的现状及形成根源,研究了明确合理的期望、良好沟通渠道的建立、学生未来职业生涯科学规划、"以人为本"的管理制度的建立等因素对构建和谐育人环境的重要性,进而提出了基于心理契约的和谐育人环境营造机制,有助于高校育人环境的优化。
