On the basis of analyzing the status and shortage of existing methods about ontology learning from relational databases and considering the fact that structural case bases imply more semantic information and include vast domain knowledge,an automatic mapping algorithm from structural case bases to OWL ontology with low time-complexity is proposed and specified in this paper.
