子宫奇异形平滑肌瘤
子宫奇异形平滑肌瘤是一种特殊的平滑肌瘤，可能与应用孕酮药物有关。肿瘤以圆形或多边形细胞为主，胞质嗜酸性，核周围呈透亮空隙，详见附图。特征的变化为细胞多形性，核呈异型甚至出现巨核细胞，组织学上很像平滑肌肉瘤，但无核分裂象，临床表现是良性的。又称“子宫非典型平滑肌瘤”。
