q iutuan yuanliao lieshou he Zhueun sheshi sheli球团原料接受和贮存设施设计(designofraw material reeeiving and storaging faeilitiesin Pellet Plant)根据球团用各种原料进厂特点，对原料进行接受、贮存和运输等一系列设施的设计。 原料接受的设计视球团厂所在位置而有所不同，一般有三种情况:(1)球团厂建在矿山，铁精矿由带式输送机直接运人球团厂配料槽;或由管道运来精矿浆，在球团厂过滤后，或入配料槽，或入造球室上部料槽。铁矿粉用带式输送机运入，由仓库接受和贮存。熔剂由火车运入，用受料槽接受，由仓库贮存。(2)球团厂建在冶金生产厂区，若与选矿厂紧邻，则铁精矿的进厂、接受和贮存与上述第一种情况相同，若厂区无选矿厂，则铁精矿或铁矿粉及熔剂等均由带式输送机运入，由仓库接受并贮存。(3)球团厂建在独立厂区，精矿浆用管道送来，在球团厂过滤。熔剂用火车运入，由受料槽接受。 不论球团厂建在何处，粘结剂应由密闭罐车运入，再经风动输送装置送入配料槽。为将铁矿粉磨到球团生产所需的粒度，一般采用球磨机或棒磨机开路细磨。若矿粉湿度较高，在细磨前需进行干操。 为减少外部运输对生产的影响，球团厂必须贮备原料。若精矿来自紧邻球团厂的选矿厂，因距离近，甚至生产流程相连，在配料槽的贮存量宜为8h的用量。而其他原料的贮存时间应为3d左右。若精矿不是来自紧邻的选矿厂，需贮存3d左右。 为稳定球团矿的化学成分，铁精矿或铁矿粉在入厂前应进行混匀，使其化学成分波动减至TFe(士0.5%，510:成士0.2%。 (萧相才)
