This paper presents the startup procedures for large pre-baked aluminum smelting pot, through actually implementing after startup management for"inside empty and outside solid"loading, fast voltage drop,lower efficiency control,fast formation of the furnace chamber,expected results are finally achieved.

The study on technical administration of large prebaked cell starting-up later time;

Analysis on the later stage management of scientific fund at basic level scientific research institution;

Through these years of doing this project, we found that the later stage management is one of the most important link.

According to the proportion of the building engineering in the architecture market and the quality demands of the users the importance of the later period management for the dwelling project is illustrated.
