Based on the steel tube rotary-rolling theory as developed over the recent years,optimum deign of the guide shoe of the cone type reeling mill is conducted by means of simulation of the reeler\'s rotary-rolling space with the Solidworks computer application program.

On the basis of analysis of the raw materials,using the fineness modulus of aggregate mixture,the deviation factor of synthetic gradation and objective gradation as technical indexes,the best aggregate ratio is attained through the application of computer operations.

The experiments and practical applications show that simplified MFC-framework is not only suitable for development 3D computer graphical applications,but also decreases the complexity of coding logic,and improves the efficiency of programming.

This article aims at teaching situation of computer application course in current Higher Vocational technology College, combines the author’s practice in teaching computer application course, analyses partial factors on the affections of computer application course teaching, and puts forward some suggestions of the teaching reform.
