房中术语。亦称采补。出唐·孙思邈《千金要方·卷二十七·养性》。指男女性交时双方相互采取对方之气以调养身体之法。女采男气为采阳；男采女气为采阴，亦称采夺女气。历代房中专著中过分渲染此法作用，多有迷信色彩。现代性科学研究表明，采气术实为将房中术与气功相结合，以养生却病之法。 《千金要方》：“采气之道，但深接勿动，使良久气上面热，以口相当，引取女气而吞之，可疏疏进退，意动便止。缓息眠目，偃卧道引。”
