针对矿井监控中距离远和干扰性强的特殊环境,利用CAN总线高可靠性和实时控制的优点,采用SJA1000作为CAN控制芯片,使用了FIFO型双端口存储器,并使用PCA82C250作为CAN控制器接口芯片,设计了CAN总线智能适配卡的硬件结构;在此基础上,设计了软件流程和代码;基于CAN总线在矿井环境下容易受到外界干扰的弱点,使用6N137进行信号隔离;实践证明,相对于传统方法,该设计方法能够满足矿井监控系统的要求,提高了CAN总线适配卡的传输能力,具有良好的现场应用效果。
