According to variable frequency induction motor electromagnetic computation characteristic,and in the analysis of fundamental wave precise π type equivalent circuit and harmonic equivalent circuit,variable frequency induction motor electromagnetic design program is developed based on VB and Matlab by means of superposition principle and seamless connection technology.
根据变频异步电动机的电磁计算特点,在分析基波精确π型等效电路和谐波等效电路的基础上,运用叠加原理和VB与MATLAB的无缝连接技术混合编程,开发了基于VB和MATLAB的变频异步电动机电磁设计程序;同时通过对一台变频异步电动机样机的电磁复算与试验进行对比,验证了其计算的可行性和准确性。

The π-equivalent circuit model of laminated MIM LTCC capacitor is deduced in this paper, and the parameters of the equivalent circuit are extracted in detail.
对LTCC内埋置MIM电容的传统π型等效电路进行了研究,对其等效电路模型的参数进行了提取,详细推导了该模型中元件的参数估算公式,并用二层LTCC电容进行仿真验证,可以看出建立的三维HFSS模型在第一谐振频率点内与电路仿真结果有很好的一致性,但是随着频率的增高,片式器件高频寄生效应就会更加明显,因此需要提取更加准确的高频等效电路。
