材料：材料：洋葱半个，鸡腿一只，豆腐泡100克，鲜香菇2朵
做法：1.将洋葱切丝，鸡腿骨去骨切丁。
2.将洋葱丝放入水中煮熟，再放入鸡腿丁，煮熟，接着放入豆腐泡、香菇煮熟后，起锅前放入味噌酱和“亨达仕”干贝素调味，即可。
[小贴士]
味噌要最后放入，不然会产生酸味，影响菜的味道。
